Post your free time. Let people book it.

Book Me Soon is a scheduling tool for anyone who arranges meetings one at a time — a tutor, a therapist, a tradesperson, an advisor. Publish the times you are actually free, share one link, and let people book a time themselves. They need no account and no app: they open the link, see your times in their own time zone, and choose one. Each booking becomes an event in your Google Calendar, and both of you receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation attached.

Two sides to a booking

The host offers the time

Whoever is being booked — a tutor, a therapist, a tradesperson, an advisor. They sign in with Google, publish the times they are free, and share one link. Their bookings land in their own calendar.

The guest takes one

Whoever opens the link. No account, no app, nothing to install: they see the times in their own time zone, choose one, give a name and an email address, and get a confirmation they can cancel from.

How it works

  1. Host

    Sign in with Google

Your page and its short address exist straight away.

  2. Host

Publish the times you are free

Pick a slot length once — 15, 30 or 60 minutes — then fill a window with slots, or add them one at a time.

  3. Guest

    Someone opens your link

No account, no sign-in. They see your times.

  4. Guest

    They take a time slot

They pick the time, give their name, email address and optional note.

  5. Both

The booking lands in your calendar

It becomes an event in a calendar this app creates for you, and you both get email with the invitation attached.

What Book Me Soon can access in your Google Account

Signing in with Google is how a host gets an account here — there is no separate password to create. Book Me Soon asks for two things, and only while you are signed in:

  • Your name and email address, to identify your page and to send you booking notifications.
  • A single calendar that this app creates, where your bookings are written. It can only see and change that one calendar. Your existing calendars stay private — the app cannot read them, and never asks to.

On Google’s consent screen that second one appears as calendar.app.created.

Guests never sign in and never share a Google Account. They give a name, an email address and an optional note, which are used to make the booking and to email them about it, and nothing else.
